Insurance & Shipping

All orders are SHIPPED FREE, fully insured, via UPS Ground Services. Payment must be cleared before shipment. We process all orders within 3 business days after receiving payment. Any item that needs to be modified will require additional time. You will receive a UPS tracking number to track your package. Please note that we accept no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses.

Please note: We can ONLY ship to U.S. Street Addresses. No PO Boxes or APO/FPO/Please.

 

 

Return Policy

We at Diamond Club International are dedicated to quality. All of our products are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction.  If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment accompanied by your sales receipt, no explanation necessary.*

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
